All filmmakers from around the world who have produced; Feature Films, Short Films, Documentary Films, Animations and Music Videos in the last 7 years are eligible to apply in the International Filmmaker Festival of New York 2023.
The mission of IFFNY Festival is to promote and aid the development of international cinema and film authors.
The International Filmmaker Festival of New York is a competitive festival with jury prizes in feature, short, Animation, Music videos and documentary categories.
This 2023 Edition will award 10 (ten) prizes for the best participatory works:

- Best Feature Documentary Film
- Best Short Documentary Film
- Best Actor Award
- Best Actress Award
- Best Screenplay Award
- Best Cinematography Award
- Best Animation
