Congratulations to all winners of the 2021 IFFNY, 10th Edition.
The International Filmmaker Festival of New York – A decade of celebrating cinema! It has been both a rewarding and challenging journey, especially these past 2 years. But we were determined to carry on our mission despite the pandemic and promote the works of filmmakers from all around the world. This jubilee year we received 891 applications, out of which 100 projects were selected to mark our historic jubilee year. There were a lot of great projects that we couldn’t include to the program, but I encourage you to apply and come back in the next editions. IFFNY is growing together with all of you. Our journey would have not been so successful without your wonderful films. Our festival would not be so prestigious without your artistic and creative projects. IFFNY is a global platform that we founded all together with unique arts showcasing year after year, and now our festival has become a symbol of friendship and creativity.
I would have loved to celebrate the Awards Ceremony together with you, because I value the hard work, effort and dedication each of you have put to your incredible projects. You are all winners, and you are a great example of how filmmakers and artists are making a difference all over the world.
Thank you to all of you and to my wonderful team and supporters. I appreciate your hard work, and I value your dedication, care and love for IFFNY.
