Eddie & Adi: With 28 years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants, our chef is excited to present their vision to you and all our guests. Our caring and committed staff will ensure you have a fantastic experience with us and enjoy a bite of our dishes.

Eddie & Adi: Gift and desire, a course I took to better master the kitchen.

Eddie & Adi: In the food industry, we include the Italian menu, because it is a favorite food for customers and for us.

Eddie: When customers are satisfied with the service and the menu. The evaluation that customers and newspapers give us.

Eddie & Adi: Yes, we are involved in many projects that Allendale has organized. We helped in the period of pandemic covid-19
NY Glam: What is your advice to others aspiring to enter and succeed in the restaurant business?
Eddie & Adi: Our advice is that anyone who wants to get into the restaurant business should try it and then see its success.

Eddie & Adi: Our career ambitions are to be at customers’ service, because when the customer is satisfied for us, it is success and satisfaction.
